ReplyDeleteIt is sad Ardvark. Be careful what you say, what you blog, what you comment, what you think. I loved Dean Martin, why should you be a closet fan? He was just plain funny.
My husband and I went to Vegas, he wanted to see Rodney Dangerfield, so we went, he was hilarious, and at the end of the show he asked a lady to come up, it was a kiss for his tie. We were really close to the stage, so I kicked off my high heels and got there before any other woman did. He asked where I was from and when I said Canada, he said, "Oh, Canada, they declared themselves a country and nobody came."
I still have the tie.
Did you notice how Dean was using Georges drink as an ash tray...!

ReplyDeleteMost have no clue what who Dean Martin was. My eclectic music selection on my mp3 player might has well be from the moon as far as this crowd knows.
Sad, but I do my best to try and inform them all of the cool that was Dean Martin.
