I have been a victim of our courts. We had a guy indecently expose himself to our downstairs tenant. Both of us showed up for this disturbed individuals court date. Unfortunately, the lead police officer had broken his leg the night before, so the judge dismissed the case. This is a common day occurrence with our judges. They refuse to grant continuances on cases if the police officers are not present. This leads to total miscarriages of justice, like this case:
Judge Andrew Buttazzoni dismissed trafficking charges against the nine men and one woman after he refused to grant the Crown an adjournment., requested because an out-of-town undercover police officer wasn't available to testify because he's getting married.
Seventeen people were charged in August 2009, following the six-month, undercover operation.
So, 17 sleazebags walk because a judge doesn't want to reschedule their court appearances. This judge should be fined for failure to protect Canadian citizens from criminals. Add this idiot judge to the list:
Ahmed was charged with conspiring to facilitate terrorist activity after police raided two Ottawa addresses on Aug. 26. Officers seized more than 50 electronic circuit boards they said could be used to detonate explosive devices, along with videos, terrorist literature and bomb-related documents.
Earlier this month, Ahmed was also charged with possession of explosives for terrorist purposes. Ahmed will next appear in court on Oct. 20.
I wonder if Ahmed might just disappear himself to Pakistan? Is this judge an idiot, or just stupid?
Our police officers should be able to issue a statement of fact in criminal cases. Judges should have to accept the officers written report. This would free up our police to actually be out in the public domain, arresting bad guys. Instead they wait for hours to testify against criminals and the judges let them go for any reason. Our judges suck!
We asked the police officer, who did show up, about this guy who was indecently exposing himself, and he told us the next step was rape. Too bad the judge didn't worry about his own rape. This judge forgot about the victim. The guy who indecently exposed himself to a young lady, skipped down the aisle with his "partner" who he met at the reform facilities, she was in there for writing bad cheques. A pair made in judicial hell!
Our judges need to be made accountable for their actions! We need to elect them. If we don't elect them we get this:

I spent all day getting my boys registered for school. Most kids had their parents with them, even though they were in grade 12. My grade twelve kid liked having me with him, but my grade nine kid didn't want me to stand in line with him until it was time to pay his fees. The point is that I was with them whether they wanted me to be or not. They know I care. They know I am interested in what they are doing, and who they are doing it with.

Do the parents take these kids to a mosque with a radical Imam? Do they encourage them towards radical ideologies? I don't know. I do know that parents need to monitor their children, Muslim or not.
KUDOS to our police, please continue to make sure Canada is safe. Stop those terrorists before they damage our soil. Terrorists need to understand that our military and police are the best in the world, and they have proved it by keeping Canadians safe.

In my Canada, terrorists are not allowed or supported. Anyone watching the video of an Israeli soldier being thrown 30 feet onto a hard concrete deck has to understand that Islam is not a religion of peace. These supposed "peace activists" are the scum of the earth, they are inciting and encouraging violence against a people who have suffered throughout history. And they are sending more boats. They are encouraging uneducated people to kill themselves. (You want links, google it, this is my opinion and as far as I know, I am allowed to have an opinion.)
The "peace activists" are the bully boys. I find that I can not adequately express my disgust at these activists who are sitting in their safe offices and directing others on how to die. They are intent on creating war, but they will not be the ones who take up arms. They cheer as others die for the "cause". They do not apologize for their actions, they take no responsibility for anything. I suspect that only nine killed was not a BIG enough statement for those sickos. So, I suggest that Israel has the right to protect their people and should be able to blow those boats into Uranus.
Do we let the 60's protesters do whatever they want, or do we make them responsible for their actions. It is time for the silent majority to get loud.
Those brave men and women who protect our country deserve our praise and gratitude. In this new year, let us make sure they know how much we appreciate their sacrifice for our country. That is my new years resolution.
Every time I hear about another soldier who has been killed, my heart breaks for the family. Their child is gone, he/she feels no more pain, but the family must endure the loss of one too young to be gone.
The slimy disgusting terrorists know that Christmas is a prime time to kill our young ones, they gloat about it, and the journalists report it, without turning them in. I guess a "scoop" is more important than integrity.
The lame stream media deserves to die. I was flabbergasted this Christmas when both my Liberal parents said the CBC should be gone. I never thought I would hear them talk about how bad the CBC was, and they are in their eighties. Looking at the donations to the Liberal party, they are also all talk, no support with money kinds of people.
It saddens me that the media is more interested in "got-you" moments than actual reporting of facts. I hate to say it, but now that one of their own has died, maybe they will start reporting the truth of what is happening over in Afghanistan.
If the terrorist who laid the bomb that killed 4 soldiers and one journalist was caught, would journalists be crying for his rights? Will journalists get their heads out of the Liberals butts long enough to actually report real news? It appears that they are so dumb that they can't understand why no one is watching them anymore.

Funny....underhanded, blind, daily violence....yet the Liberals keep on bleating about one supposed terrorist being hit with a shoe. Keep it up Liberals and your lame media, it is only pushing independents into the Conservative column.
To make the lives of our military a political issue is disgusting. Liberals are so out of touch with Canadians that they think we care about a terrorist being tortured. I wonder if the person who planted the IED that killed 4 of our soldiers and a journalist has been in an Afghan jail and been released. Maybe the opposition can look into that while they are on holidays. Or are they all too busy getting tans in Arizona to really care about Afghanistan?

So many mixed messages, such looney times. I can't keep up with all the protests for Tamil terrorists, and against ex-Preidents, and let's not even mention global warming! Still the lefties are doing what they know best....nothing but protest. Has Gore ever actually planted a tree? Why did an anti-police brutality protest turn violent? Should pre-kindergarten kids be used in a protest? Do any of these people work?
Let's compare and contrast some of the news these days.
First up here in Canada, the lefties are gearing up to protest against GW Bush. What did he do? Sent his troops into combat because of 9/11, but hey, don't let over 3000 innocent people killed by terrorists stop you lefties, Bush....he's the problem.
A group of lawyers had previously written to Canadian officials including Prime Minister Stephen Harper asking that Mr. Bush be barred from visiting Canada in light of crimes allegedly committed in Afghanistan, Iraq and Guantanamo Bay.
Lawyers Against The War allege that Mr. Bush “is a person credibly accused of torture and other gross human rights violations, crimes against humanity and war crimes” and ask for permission to prosecute him.
Torture they scream! Crimes against humanity! War Crimes! Yes I agree, but it's not GW Bush that's the problem.
Up to ten gunmen wearing suicide bomb vests and armed with assault rifles stormed two heavily-guarded government buildings; an attack on a third site was thwarted after police shot dead a lone militant.
A Taliban spokesman said the attacks - which bore similarities to the recent militant assault on the Indian city of Mumbai - were carried out in protest at the treatment of Taliban prisoners.
Because of the treatment of Taliban prisoners they killed 20 people? Let's see that torture....
The International Committee of the Red Cross concluded in a secret report that the Bush administration's treatment of Al Qaeda captives in CIA prisons "constituted torture," The Washington Post reported on Monday.....
One incident is described by Abu Zubaydah, a Palestinian man who ran Al Qaeda recruitment. Zubaydah said in the weeks after he was captured, he was shackled naked while listening to consistent music or static. He also says he had limited nourishment and was not allowed to sleep.

Oh, and the mysteriously leaked Red Cross document on torture? I have to ask, who is monitoring the Red Cross? Look at their history, by their own definition of torture, they are also guilty of it.

The Red Cross came in to provide temporary housing and food aid. What African Americans of the Delta got was prison-like camps where they were routinely beaten by white, racist National Guardsmen. Food distributed by the Red Cross was given to whites first, and if anything was left, it went to Black survivors.
In recent years, the image of the Red Cross has been tarnished. The worst scandal came after the September 11 attacks, when it was revealed that a large portion of the hundreds of millions of dollars donated to the organization went not to survivors or family members of those killed, but to other Red Cross operations, in what was described by chapters across the country as a "bait-and-switch" operation.

From Tuesday's Globe and Mail Liberal MPs took part in a community event last night commemorating the recent death of a senior member of the Tamil Tigers in defiance of the Conservative government's decision to list the organization as a terrorist entity. S. P. Thamilselvan, 40, the public face of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, was killed in an air strike by Sri Lankan authorities last Friday.
Today, another Liberal MP showed his support, as Tamil Tiger flags waved in front of his face. Remember the Liberals refused to declare the Tamil Tigers as a terrorist organization even though the Americans and others had. It took the Conservatives to declare them terrorists, and try to help Tamil immigrants who were being threatened and blackmailed into supporting terrorists. But the Liberals and their media try to make it seem normal. Not buying it!
What is happening to the Liberal party? They are supporting terrorists, they want killers like Khadr home, they want Newfoundland to separate, and they want to stop the seal hunt. I wonder how many Liberals are yearning for Dion, at least he was picked by the party to represent them and he had integrity, not like Iggy who won because the backroom boys wanted him as leader.
Maybe the Liberal MP was showing his support for the Tamil Tigers because he needs 400 memberships to keep his seat. Is this a sign of what is to come with the Liberal party? Scary!
The last part of the video is really funny, PM Harper accuses Iggy of sucking and blowing at the same time! Good to see our PM fighting back instead of pleading for support from the lefties.
Prime Minister Harper is the leader of our country, not just the leader of Conservatives, as such he deserves respect. Too bad the media haven't figured that out. They continue to ignore 40% of their clients, no wonder they are going down the tubes.
So, I'm looking around for something to blog about, and stumble onto Pajama TV. I'm sure that everyone else knows about this already and I'm way behind, but I figure if I didn't know about it, maybe some of my readers don't either.

I watched them all, and thought they were all interesting. You have Joe the Plumber going to Israel, Michelle Malkin, and the one I liked the best was Joe Hicks interviews Nitsana Dirshan-Leitner, an attorney with the Israeli Law Center who is fighting terrorism in the courtrooms of Israel.
She is hitting the terrorists in their pocketbooks, a nice non-violent way to stop them. I suspect that the lefties don't like this approach, using the laws of the land against terrorists is not playing fair.

I have seen the videos of anti-Israel protests, and been disgusted by the signs and people shouting about back into the ovens and the female protester telling an Israeli boy that he is dead. If I would have been there, I would have slapped her into reality. It's been disgusting to watch these people spout hate while our police look on. I understand the police are in a bad position because of our liberal society, and they are probably as disgusted as I am, but a time comes for the average working person to stand up for what is left of Canada.
It seems that many Canadians have forgotten something very important, and they should be ashamed of themselves for joining with terrorist groups like Hamas. Don't forget Liberals marching with Hezbollah and supporting the Tamil Tigers. In fact, we will never forget.

Former prime minister Paul Martin said Sunday that Canada should lobby to bring back Guantanamo Bay prisoner Omar Khadr.
“I think Bill Graham, who was foreign affairs minister at the time, said it the best. Which was, ‘If we had known then what we know now, then we would have taken strenuous steps to repatriate Mr. Khadr to Canada,' Mr. Martin told CTV's Question Period in an interview broadcast Sunday.
The former prime minister conceded that it is “easy” to operate with the benefit of hindsight, but said, “We should have repatriated him, and I believe that we should do it now.”
Mr. Martin didn't specify Sunday what exactly he knows now that he didn't know before, but his remarks are consistent with those made by other members of the former Liberal government, including Mr. Graham.
Anne McLellan, Irwin Cotler and current Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion all now say either that they were unaware of the extent of the abuse allegations involving Mr. Khadr or that it is time he was tried in a Canadian court.
So it's a case of, if I was in power now, what I knew then...wouldn't matter! This video is from a source I normally wouldn't use, but it is a good example of why Khadr needs to be left where he is until the trial is over.
George even calls Khadr a "soldier", now that is an insult to all our men and women who serve our country. Personally, I have no problem with letting the US judicial system hold a trial to determine whether Khadr is guilty or innocent, but from that video it seems pretty conclusive. Oh, how the Khadr family must wish the Liberals were still in power, didn't they get Daddy Warmonger released from Pakistan? Now they want his little terrorist son home too?
Liberals, if they aren't marching with Hezbollah supporters (Coderre), or partying with Tamil Tigers (too numerous to list), they are crying for a terrorist to be brought home. Well, Annie get our guns, let him live with you, or maybe Martin can give him a job on one of his cocaine, not Canadian flag flying ships. Liberals buying the terrorist vote wherever they go!
The Minister of Defense appears to have had enough with lefties. Maybe we should all take a page from his book, and expose the left wing agenda for the fraud it really is.
The NDP hate anything to do with the military, but they still think they can credibly comment on our men and women in the forces, sorry, not buying it. Taliban Jack got his name for a good reason, the desire of the NDP to negotiate with terrorists.
