Libby Davies: I Saw Nothing!!

And if I did, it was all the Conservatives fault! She is so anti-Conservative that she can't see the chains right in front of her face.

Stephen Taylor has the scoop!

Insite promotes drug dependency, and so apparently does NDP MP Libby Davies. Now, that's okay, it's her opinion, but she accuses the Conservatives of getting their facts wrong, when it is crystal clear she is the one who is wrong. All Canadians, but especially Chinese Canadians deserve an apology from Libby and the NDP.

Libby is so wrong on so many levels she thinks she is right! Apologize Libby.

Here is the funny part. CTV claims Libby for the Liberals! Good going Gossip Girls!

First up the title: Protest forces Harper to delay Vancouver photo-op

Snarky petty CTV can't help themselves and call it a photo op.

Next they mix up the NDP and Liberals. I can see how that would happen because who can really distinguish one socialist party from another?

NDP MP Libby Davies told her Twitter followers there was an "impressive gathering" waiting for the prime minister and the building was covered with police tape.

"It was a peaceful protest in support of Insite (I didn't organize). Didn't see chains on doors. Police moved in and out freely," said the posting.

....
He blamed Davies for encouraging the protesters, although the Liberal MP denied being a part of organizing the rally.

So, CTV has made Libby a Liberal...too funny!

Finally, Libby tells the Conservatives to check their facts, that the police didn't see any chains either. Well I beg to differ with you Liberal Libby, here is what they had to say:

Vancouver police said that about 150 protesters chained the doors just before 2 p.m. at the centre, where Harper was to take part in a photo-op at a dress rehearsal of Lunar New Year celebrations.

"Safety concerns arose after protesters chained and barred the doors to the centre, leaving the people inside the centre with no means of exit," police said in a statement.

Officers removed the chains and there were no injuries or arrests, police said.

"The protest was allowed to safely continue without further incident."

Who needs to check their facts? Right, the Conservatives had it all wrong. HA! Libby, man up, apologize!

Bra, Libby Davies is a princess, and I will fight any man who suggests otherwise. Hell I will even fight women who disagree with my opinion. If Andy Kaufman did it, anyone can do it!

Honestly, keeping her constituents in the downtown east side high is how Libby is able to secure so much of the popular vote. She is less appealing if you ever sober up. Thankfully I never do, and I love her for all her magnificent splendor!

I'm still waiting for the supporters of drug dependancy to explain what is safe about crack and heroin.
Particularly heroin I have a big issue with as it is derived from the production of poppies.
The connection is obvious as the sale of heroin helps support the guys that like to blow up our guys in Afghanistan.

Support our troops, close down Insite.

Someone is lying, and be willfully ignorant of correcting the official record of events.

She should say, I showed up late, participated in chanting but was unaware some of these professional protestors participated in an illegal activity.

I did not and will not condone the illegal actions of those who did use duct tape and chains in trampling the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I am ashamed and will speak with my friends who may have been too high to understand the danger they put the vets, seniors, children at the Chinese Cultural community.

yours truly,

PS. I hope Jack does not fire me or this blow up to hurt our "social justice" staged protest planned for the Olympics and G8.

BTW great post and video edit!

The EAST Side of Vancouver is going to be on display for the world and this stunt is a great start!

Too bad NO one mentioned Canada's violation of its signed UN treaty regarding INSITE.

Davies is a true communist; not the Stalinist type, but the old style Marx and Trotsky breed. As if that's not bad enough, she blends it in with a heaping dollop of social-engineering, new-age, Utopianism.
According to Davies, everyone should be free to follow whatever path they want in life without restriction. (so far, so good.) But then, Libby thinks that the majority of the population...the one's that that do not choose such a lifestyle...should pay to support those who do.
Libby won't be happy until every last person who feels alienated by the system has had their lifestyle affirmed and supported by taxpayer money. None of this nonsense about personal responsibility for Libby. If you choose to fill your body with addictive chemicals but you don't want to pay for them or the accouterments, like clean needles, then the public should pick up the tab. If you want to use abortion as a means of birth control, by all means do so, but the public should pay for it. If you think gainful employment is simply a means to enslave the masses, Libby thinks you're entitled to your beliefs, but the public should pay to allow you to practice those beliefs.
People like Libby Davies are dangerous.

Libby was interviewed by a sympathetic Rob Breakenridge last night, droning on for about 20 minutes. If you can stomach listening to this woman (I can't) ... Listen Here

Bring up Wed, Feb 10th @ 9:30 PM

Also, Iggy was asked, at the end of his scrum Wed., "What do you think of Insite, should it stay open ?"

Iggy: "uhhh, straight answer to the question, yes ... blah blah"

Watch here. Fast forward to the 35 minute mark.

At the beginning of that scrum, the ppg pesters Iggy with four consecutive questions on what he will do re the impasse between Parliament and Harper over the redacted documents.

Fun to watch Iggy get more and more irritated, then relieved when Susan Delacourt comes to his rescue, changing the subject with a softball question ... scrum starts at the 24 minute mark.

Note: CPAC screwed up on their website, as they show this scrum as for Thurs Feb 11th.

The national media is not reporting it, but according to local media, the PM later returned to the cultural centre and watched some of the rehearsal for the Chines New Year celebrations.

Why does she talk like she's from New York? Is she not Canadian? If she has a speech impediment which she can't help, then I'm fine with that. As for her bullheadedness and one-dimensional argument - what an idiot.

Funny how no one in the MSM is covering this protest, normally it would have got endless coverage.

I haven't seen an apology yet from Liberal Libby.
