What am I talking about? The pattern of crime by a people who come here and somehow expect us to solve their problems.
We start in their "homeland", Somalia.
-A third of the population depends on food aid

The self-proclaimed state of Somaliland and the region of Puntland run their own affairs
Since 1991 this country has been in crisis. So, what do they do? Immigrate or become pirates. How is that working for them? Not good. Who do they blame? Canada.
It appears that some countries are taking the pirates to task, and disappearing them.
MOSCOW, Russia — Following high level complaints about "imperfections" in international law, Russia announced Tuesday that captured Somali pirates "have all died." A Russian official claimed that 10 pirates seized by Russian special forces aboard an oil tanker last week were quickly freed but then died on their way back to the Somali coast.
Live by the sword, die by the sword. We should feel sorry for the pirates because their country is in ruins, they have no government and food is in short supply, so they are only doing what they need to survive.
With the backing of Ethiopian troops, forces loyal to the interim administration seized control from the Islamists at the end of 2006.
Islamist insurgents - including the Al-Shabab group, which later declared allegiance to al-Qaeda - fought back against the government and Ethiopian forces, regaining control of most of southern Somalia by late 2008.
Ethiopia pulled its troops out in January 2009. Soon after, Al-Shabab fighters took control of Baidoa, formerly a key stronghold of the transitional government.
So, the country is in chaos. Pirates are holding private companies for ransom, and the UN is USELESS as per usual. If I lived in that country, I would try to immigrate. Some come to Canada. What do they do? It appears drugs have something to do with over 30 kids murdered in Edmonton alone. The last one was a Somali from Toronto via Somalia, in Fort Mac maybe selling drugs. I guess Muslims don't drink but drugs are okay.

The guy was from Toronto, charged with selling cocaine, he goes to Fort Mac and gets killed by a rival gang, and it's Canada's fault. Edmonton's fault? How about the sister-in-law taking some responsibility for what he was doing. Why are all those Somali males dying? Do they think we are stupid? Do they think that they have no responsibility for their own people?
Finally, if immigrants come to Canada from war torn areas, they need to understand that they should leave their wars behind. I want to feel sympathetic towards the Somali people here in Edmonton, but I can't. Why have over 30 young Somali males died? Just a guess, but maybe drugs have something to do with it.
I have two young kids, and if I knew that anyone was trying to sell them drugs, I would do everything I could to get those creeps in jail. I will do anything I need to keep my kids safe. Why don't the Somali Mom's do the same thing? They want a task force? How about keeping your kids in school (it's free) so that they don't have to sell drugs. If you are a tight knit community, then you know who is selling drugs, tell the police.
I resent the fact that they come to Canada and bring their tribal wars with them. Then they expect us to solve their problems. You don't need a task force, you need to control your kids. It is not our problem. It is your culture that is the problem. I refuse to accept your culture in my country. You want to save your children? Leave your wars behind, and learn to love Canada.
