Fight II

Law and order, Canadians pride themselves on being about the "rule of law". How are we doing?

Fight for your life, see that bat coming towards you? What the heck is happening? It's a private party, with only your friends invited, no outsiders allowed. Why don't they understand that? Fight!

Teen given 4-year sentence in beating death.

A teenager who struck the fatal blow in a group beating of another boy at a house party near Edmonton in 2005 was sentenced to four years in jail on Thursday.

Christopher Griffiths, now 19, had pleaded guilty to manslaughter after hitting 17-year-old Shane Rolston with a metal baseball bat at the party in Sherwood Park, just east of Edmonton.

You open the door, and 5 guys, with a baseball bat, hockey stick, metal pipe, and pool cue attack you! Fight.

Smack goes the bat. Can you feel the impact as a bat hits you? How about the hockey stick? Shane does it hurt? Oh, watch out here comes the pipe, Crunch. Fight.

Fight those 5 punks with pipes and bats, Shane, FIGHT! You did nothing wrong, all you did was open the door. Splat, is that blood? Shane is that your blood, splattered across the floor? Fight.

Beat to death, that's what they say. Fight.

Oh, sorry Shane;

Provincial court Judge John Maher, who handed down the sentence, said he took into consideration the fact that Griffiths and three other teens charged in the beating have shown remorse and none had been in trouble before.

Your killers showed remorse, maybe even cried, they had never killed anyone before. Fight.

Fight the judges. Canadians think they are untouchable, revered, holier than God. Fight for justice. What justice did Shane get? Duck Shane, here comes the bat, oh Shane, are those your brains spewing out of your head? Shane, Shane, can you hear me? Fight.

They murdered you, they left the party, and came back with a bat, hockey stick, pipe, and pool cue. Is that your blood Shane? They cried for the judge Shane, they apoligized. Fight.

So, what did the judge sentence them to? 30 years of hard labour for murder? Smack goes the the pipe, Shane are you okay? Fight. Fight for your life. Oh Shane, Shane, Shane, you have to live, Shane you are only 17. Fight.

Griffiths will serve four years, in addition to time already served.

On Thursday, three other men who pleaded guilty to assault with a weapon in the beating were handed two-year conditional sentences to be served in the community.

Justin Bridges, Josiah Lawson and Jonathan Giourmetakis, all 19, will also serve six months probation after the 24 months are up.

So, the guy who bashed Shanes head in, gets 4 years, 4 years for a life, that's disgusting, the others get community service. This judge, John Maher, needs to have those teens living with him, and his family, and I hope he doesn't have any teenage daughters, they might be at risk. Fight.

Fight a judge like Maher, who lets killers loose with conditional sentences to be served in the community. THEY KILLED A 17 YEAR OLD BOY, they got community service? Fight. Shane, is your body broken? Oh dear, you are a mess, did that bat hurt? Were you scared? Did you know what was happening to you? Did you FIGHT? Oh, it was 5 against one, that's why you are dead. Shane, you fought the good fight, too bad your murderers are free, community service, for a life. Fight.

Canadians need to fight. Fight the judges, they are not Gods, they are insecure, little people protecting their turf, like little drug lords. Why aren't the lefties protesting against these murderers? Fight Shane, fight, it's only 5 on 1. You died of your injuries? Your brains leaked out of your head? They got 24 months of community service? Fight them, fight them hard, with everything you have. Your dead? Beat to death? Smack goes the pool cue, crunch goes the pipe, watch out here comes the hockey stick, and finally the fatal blow, the bat. Fight.

I'm so sorry Shane, you looked like a nice guy. Fight.
