Secret federal documents reveal full AECL funding
Sensitive government documents left behind at a CTV News bureau reveal Ottawa has poured far more money into the aging Chalk River nuclear reactor than the public has been told.
The binder of documents was left nearly a week ago at CTV's Ottawa bureau by either Minister of Natural Resources Lisa Raitt or one of her aides. Some of the papers are clearly marked "secret."
So, they kept those "secret" documents for a week? They copied them and now they are publishing select portions from those "secret" documents? You disgusting scum, if that would have been the Liberals you would have quietly returned the documents. Even so, you know you should have returned those documents without looking at them. How small can you be to even look at those documents before you returned them? We teach our children to return items to their rightful owners, but the Liberal media just can't help themselves, like kids in a candy store, they had to peek. No morals, just like the Liberals they support.
Here is another fine example of the Liberal media at work to support their party.
The bank warned that Ottawa's current budget balance projections are off by a significant degree. TD economists Don Drummond and Derek Burleton say in a report the federal government will run a cumulative deficit of roughly $167-billion over five years, or nearly double what Ottawa projected in its most recent budget.
The Liberal media fails to mention that Drummer Boy is a huge Liberal supporter. They use this projection to slam the Conservatives, but remember behind the Finance Minister are all the civil servants that are feeding him this information, so they are also calling those civil servants incompetent dolts. Or are the civil servants feeding the Liberals numbers in advance?
Then the Iggster, using the TD numbers threatens another election:
OTTAWA — Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff is threatening to introduce a motion of non-confidence in the Conservative government as early as next week.
Lashing out at the minority Conservatives over unemployment insurance, isotopes and the deficit, Ignatieff said his party “will make a serene and clear decision” by midweek about whether it wants to topple the Tories.
The government’s second “report card” on the federal budget’s economic stimulus package is due sometime in June. That could be the catalyst for a non-confidence vote.
“I’m trying to make Parliament work with a government that every day is displaying more flagrant examples of incompetence,” Ignatieff told reporters. He said the Tories had “no plan” to deal with the isotope shortage and were posting staggering deficit numbers.
TD Bank yesterday said the deficit could be more than $172 billion over the next five years.
“The public finances of the country are not under control,” Ignatieff said.

Interesting stuff about Drummer Boy and his affiliation with the Liberal party, which you will never hear from the Liberal MSM. Bank at TD? Maybe you should think about a nice Credit Union. So we know that big businesses like banks are Liberal supporters and unions are NDP supporters, where does that leave the Conservatives? With a whole bunch of grassroots supporters.
The Liberal media is losing viewership, and they blame it on everything except their Liberal bias. That will not pay any bills. Maybe the Liberal MSM should refuse all car dealership ads, because it was the Conservatives that worked to save the auto industry in Canada, see how that works for them. HA!
UPDATE: From Iggy's own mouth we hear that the Liberals have a friendly relationship with the media:
