PM Harper Stricks Again!

I thought I might get a scoop on this one because all you eastern bloggers would be asleep, no such luck!

Our PM sang up a storm last night, he is way better than the keyboard cat! Too bad that CTV is chicken and won't allow comments. CBC covers the whole performance, but the camera work is really substandard, you see more floor than anything. Did they send their 4th string people to cover our PM? How much did that cost us taxpayers? CBC does not rock, but our PM does!

The one who should get some acknowledgment is Laureen.  She is the power behind the scenes. She is an amazing woman. She is confident, sure of where she is going, fun-loving, and she seems to be able to bring out the best in our PM. I guess that is why the media never report on what she is doing. Feminists must cringe when confronted with a real woman like Laureen. She is a powerful role model for all our teenagers. I wish what she is doing for charities would be covered by the MSM more often.

It looked like a great party! I would have loved to be there. I wonder if Iggy will wow the Liberals by reading War and Peace? HA!

Sorry to be slightly off topic but your comment of the CBC reminded me of something that happened a few years ago. I was in the audio business and was hired by a national television chain to record the sound for a native celebration featuring several natives playing a large drum. CTV and Global were there with 1 camerman and 1 audio guy. CBC showed up in a huge truck with 3 camera men and 2 audio guys. So it surprises me that the CBC coverage was sub par.

If you noticed the CBC piece may have had some interesting edits.

The David Aikin clip had our PM give thanks to the leader of the NDP and that sulphur commenter who travels on a bus to visit Liberals in small rooms.

Such a cool dude our PM. My kind of music. I would doubt that a CBC crew took the video but maybe one of them had a cell phone and recorded it.

sorry EsQue about no "french" songs but "say la vee eh". I'm sure you are upset (not) about having a talking point that you can chew on. Please continue to post all your comments "on fran say"!!

You cannot tell me that CBC would have showed up with only a camcorder while David Akin had a proper visual aid.

I believe that CBC purposely distorted the audio and video to reduce the impact. I suggest all bloggers link to Akin and Not CBC. Cheers.
