Fight The Foreign Influence

I thought that I couldn't get a hearing on the Gateway pipeline because I had missed the deadline.

Thank goodness SDA's straightened me out. One of the posters lead me to the government site,

Avoid Forest "Ethics" altogether and send your message directly to the board via http://gatewaypanel.review-examen.gc.ca/efile/LetterOfComment.aspx
I hope I put the e-address in correctly...

where you can still comment and be heard. Be careful, any information you provide will be available to everyone. For example:

Wow sounds great, makes real points about our poor First Nations, except for this:

Boston?? What the heck does this person have to do with a Canadian pipeline built in Canada??

If I had the time, I would call up all these "regressive's" and make sure they really exist, and are not fabricated "supporters". That is the job of the review panel, and I bet they are failing to do their jobs.

It is fun to click on those who were stupid enough to provide their information:

I suspect the greenies are making stuff up. (rubytoenails???) Give me a break! Stop this process right now and put the adults back in charge. This review process has been corrupted by the environmentalists, shut it down and start over.

Creepy organizations like Forest Ethics need to be starved of funds. They are actively trying to shut down our oil sands. Want proof?

I wonder if the review panel has any clue about the concerted effort the greenies are making to shut down our oil sands. I say let them actually work on a rig, let's see how long they would last at a real job. They are good at diarrhea of the mouth, spouting off about things they have never done (like hold a real job), and they are good for a laugh because they have no common sense.

Ultimately, it is up to Albertans to get this project passed, but if we elect Red Ali, we will be dumped on the nearest recycle pile and reemerge as puppets to a Liberal regime.

Funny how you're all for repealing Section 13 on free speech grounds, yet when it comes to speech you don't like...

We are only all for repealing anything Liberal. As a matter of fact the word Liberal is one of the most hated names in Canada.Just ask the majority of Canadians who voted for the Conservatives, the most loved name. Why are you a supporter of the most hated party in Canada.

Poor bertie. I don't think you've eared your 50 cents for that comment. The one good thing about the CPC is that it demands better of its shills.

Well LS, let's just let those Americans shut down those dirty "tar sands" and see what happens to what is left of manufacturing in Ontario and Quebec.

Actually, we'd do just fine with the oil sands "shut down" since we were fine before they were developed. But your premise is totally false. The same wild claims of economic disaster were made when we decided to remove lead from gasoline and put seat belts in cars. Basically you are siding with multinational (i.e. partly foreign) companies that would like to make larger profits than they would if they do things in a safer way.
