Hang Him High!!!
What doesn't show up in Hansard, can be clearly heard on tape. Liberal MP Shawn Murphy, yelling "Hang Him High, Hang Mulroney, Hang Mulroney" and various other comments about nooses. Don't believe me? (MP Ed Fast from Abbotsford is speaking, watch and listen to Murphy on his right.)
Go to view clip, fast forward to 4:12:00 and listen for yourself. If you missed yesterdays Question Period, continue listening, it's all there in disgusting glory!
Hang Him High! SHAME on Shawn Murphy. Shame on all Liberals for attacking Chuck Cadman and his memory.
This is in support of Canadian Blue Lemon's post yesterday!
If you have never watched Question Period, this is the one you NEED to watch. It shows how lacking in morals, honesty and compassion Liberals are, anything for a vote. Watch the faces of the NDP when Liberals are bringing up Cadman, question, after question, they are as disgusted as I was, yet NDP MP Pat Martin, a member of the so called Ethics Committee, also weighed in on the issue. Expect to see the ethic's committee take on this new "scandle". The only party that showed any class by not bringing this issue up was, the Bloq.
Hang Him High! A very good glimpse into what the Liberals are really thinking.
UPDATE: MP Ed Fast, on Friday, raises this as a Point of Order! He states that Murphy said "hang Mulroney" five times! Speaker will review the matter. It's very clear on the tape!
UPDATE II: Mike Duffy shows clip of Murphy and the Liberal pundit tries to make it seem okay for a MP to talk about lynching a former PM. Typical, who would expect the Liberals to just apoligize for clearly inappropriate comments. Good for you Duffy, you have balls!

I updated my post with some of the choice quotes.
I also sent a letter off to the Charlottetown Guardian in the hopes they pick this up and let the people in Murphy's riding know what kind of human being he is.

some of the most disturbing comments of all time in the house have come from conservatives. just ask john crosbie.
Gotta love it...
John Crosbie...
PROGRESSIVE CONSERVATIVE
Be a Leftie...
don't let facts get in the way
Disturbing? Like shooting guns in the face of voters disturbing?
Or just the rambled musing of men infected by the disease that is Liberalism?
John Crosbie? i don't believe i ever heard him advocating hanging anyone..
John Crosbie...
PROGRESSIVE CONSERVATIVE
so was mulroney...your point?
The point annon is that what members of a now defunct political party may or may not have said 20 years ago doesn't mean what a current sitting MP says now should be poo pooed.
Do you also think that what Willy Picton did was ok because Clifford Robert Olson was an equally bad douchebag first?
Who cares about old news. This was said in the House just yesterday, and it was totally disgusting.
Liberal MP Shawn Murphy is just disappointing.
He's a dolt and just plain stupid to say this really disturbing stuff - he's even more stupid to do so while the camera has him fully in view.
I'm just tired of Speaker Milliken letting all this stuff from all sides go on.
I hope Murphy apologizes to Mulroney, Ed Fast and the Conservatives, and Canadians in general for his remarks.
Interesting that this undignified display of rancor should come from a Maritimer. Presumably some members of the Liberals in the Maritimes have a long-standing grudge against Mulroney because of his early prosecution of a case that caught Liberals in some sort of money laundring scam. Another factor was the Theissen (sp?) deal falling through (remember Shreiber suing because Mulroney didn't deliver). My question is, why would this particular MP have such a hate-on for Mulroney? The comment smacks of personal vendetta.
Wonder why CBC and Globe ignore this and anything else associated with the Liberals. MSM manipulating public information and are accountable to no one!
Fay:
Clearly the answer to your question is that being caught red handed uttering that someone should be executed is not as bad or detrimental to society as there being no proof of someone supposedly referring to their ex-girlfriend as a dog. /sarc off
Reid and Fay, interesting isn't it, all quiet on the Hang Him High quote, even though it was a point of order in the House today.
It's not surprising though Hunter. It's hidden by the shadow and spectacle of Chuck-gate.
Mike Duffy has exposed it to the light! Good for him!
The Guardian did a piece on it. The comments after the story are great. Even if it's not true, I'm totally going to take credit for them running this story. :p
