Friday Funny 2: Hookers and Unions

Seeing as strippers are legal, why not hookers? (Or are they the same thing?)
We are told by lefties that hookers would be better off if prostitution was legalized. We know pressure is being applied to Minister Finley to let more "dancers" into the country. We all know how unions support this, but would they, if they knew about this?

A dedicated Teamsters union worker was attending a convention in Las Vegas and decided to check out the local brothels. When he got to the first one, he asked the Madam, "Is this a union house?"

"No," she replied, "I'm sorry it isn't."

"Well, if I pay you $100, what cut do the girls get?"

"The house gets $80 and the girls get $20," she answered

Offended at such unfair dealings, the union man stomped off down the street in search of a more equitable, hopefully unionized shop. His search continued until finally he reached a brothel where the Madam responded, "Why yes sir, this is a union house.

We observe all union rules."

The man asked, "And if I pay you $100, what cut do the girls get?" "The girls get $80 and the house gets $20."

"That's more like it!" the union man said.

He handed the Madam $100, looked around the room, and pointed to a stunningly attractive blonde.

"I'd like her," he said.

"I'm sure you would, sir," said the Madam. Then she gestured to a 92-year old woman in the corner, "but Ethel here has 67 years seniority and according to union rules, she's next."

Sorry, I'm bored tonight waiting for a Brother In Law to arrive, and I don't want to get into any serious issues on a Friday. If he doesn't arrive soon, I might have to entertain you all with Friday Funny 3....yah, I know, you are hoping he arrives....oh is the the doorbell I hear....false alarm. HA. Enjoy!

Update: Seems the TTC is going on strike, with all that free time, will they be visiting Vegas? Just asking.

Unionized prostitution? You just may be on to something here! Nobody has ever been able to get rid of prostitution, so why not try to unionize it? Unions seem able to kill off every other industry?

The unions would put so many controls and costs into the 'profession', the prices would go so high that the market would dry up.

Oh wait a minute. Then they would be lobbying the government for taxpayer subsides to keep it running.

Prostitution is legal. Soliciting customers is not, but money for sex is legal.
