Political Momentum, Who has it?

So let the voting begin. Will Quebec isolate itself by voting Bloq? If they do, expect the west to rise up in protest. We have been tolerant of the massive amounts of money going to Quebec, but if they turn their backs on us by voting Bloq, when PM Harper has done everything he can to make them welcome in Canada, they should expect us to turn our backs on them.

So, who has the momentum, watch for the crowds, or lack of them.

Clearly the Conservatives are going to be in power again. Will Quebec respond by voting Conservative or will they sit out in the dark with the Bloq? Will PEI wake up? What about Newfoundland and Labrador, will they let Danny Boy dictate to them how to vote? Does Ontario really like Dion enough to make him Prime Minister?

Guess we will find out tomorrow. By the time I post again, it will all be over.

My prediction? A slim Conservative majority.

LOL...the video is very partisan. I think there is no hope for a Conservative majority, though I would love to see it. Quebec votes with its heart instead of its head. They don't know the real issues facing them and have bought into the lies fed to them. Without Quebec there is no hope. Oh well see you all again in approximately 2 years where hopefully things will be better for the COnservatives.

''Quebec votes with its heart instead of its head.''

They used to, when Quebeckers were seriously thinking about separation from Canada.
Now they vote against being responsible Canadians.

Economic crisis? Not in Quebec, they will vote Bloc if you cut one penny from their trough.

How they can defend the outrageous protests over $15million cuts to flying people to other countries, is beyond me.
The West will give up on them, this time.

Forecasts are Libs will lose 5 of there 10 seats in the combined BC/Ab/Sask/Man ridings.

Libs and Dippers combined will have only 17 seats out of 308, west of the Ontario border....you tell me what that spells.

I intend to turn the results into a positive for our leader and party. PMSH said it would be a minority from the beginning and I think he knew he would win it.
He also knew, as we all did, that any mention of majority would bring out all the viciousness of the media, libs, ndp, and May. I think he knew he would be vilified by certain quarters. He was right and it is those that have lost respect in the last 35 days.
May has proven she is in it for herself and she is the fraud and liar. Danny will not get his cake and eat it too. Quebec has proven to us all that Canada doesn't matter to them, so Que should not matter to us. Media honchos have lost their bid for a Senate or patronage appointment.
The tv media has shown us all that it is an arm of the liberal party. They exposed themselves to all of us. The PPG will not be believed in their attacks, and will have less access than before. Poor Newman, upset the PM wouldn't show. Wonder how many doovers he did with Dion. No one will believe a taped interview with him again where he is all positive and his english is passable. Looking at him one would never expect such stmts to come out of his mouth, or hear him call the PM a liar.
PMSH has forced the libs to spend money on an election and ads they could not afford. They have to pay Jennifer Wright money, Dion is leader and libs will probably try to get rid of him, costing more money. Fewer voters means less money from taxpayers.
Should be good tv tonight watching the facial expressions and body language of those in the liberal media.

i predict that NF has bought into the lies from danny 'chavez' williams. unfortunately back east we are smothered by liberal owned newspaper monopolies... there is no voice of reason

NS is the same way except there are a few ridings which should be conservative again. at the least ... i predict a number of ndp seats coming from ns... nb not sure!

i think its gonna be a late nite hehe *crosses fingers*

Quebecers are tired of being bought. The Libs did it with the sponsorship scandal, now the Cons do it with mostly empty symbolic gestures (nation motion, UNESCO). Oh wow, so the ROC is throwing us a few bones, now we must go on our knees and do everything we are told? I will never vote for Harper.

What Quebecers want is that condescending attitude towards them to stop. You imply that we are less intelligent and more ignorant than the average Canadian because we don't share your view. Quebec-bashing is the reason why many Quebecers don't feel welcome in this country. In some way, you are part of the reason why there are still people that wants to separate from this otherwise great country.

Quebec will not vote Conservative. Trust me. Oh, if you decide to turn your backs on us, does it mean we don't pay federal taxes.? You should really put some thought into your post. Hahahahahhaha....
