Thank to one of my regular readers for sending me some great jokes. Who says Conservatives have no sense of humour! I hear PM Harper is very funny, I've been looking for his performance for the Media Gala, haven't found it yet.
So, let's get started:
11 PEOPLE ON A ROPE
Eleven people were hanging on a rope, under a helicopter.
10 men and 1 woman.
The rope was not strong enough to carry them all, so they decided that 1
had to leave, because otherwise they were all going to fall.
They weren't able to choose that person, Until the woman gave a very
touching speech.
She said that she would voluntarily......... let go of the rope,
Because, as a woman, she was used to giving up everything
for her husband and kids or for men in general,
And was used to always making sacrifices with little in return.
As soon as she finished her speech,
.........All the men started clapping ...!!!!!!!!!

She asked...
A woman scanned the guests at a party and spotted an attractive man standing
alone. She approached him.
My name is Carmen, she told him.
That's a beautiful name, he replied. Is it a family name?
No, she replied. I gave it to myself. It reflects the things I like most --
cars and men.
What's your name? she asked.
He said, B. J. Titsengolf

And finally, the dog whisperer:

BTW, in searching YouTube for a video of Mr. Harper at the 2005 Press Gallery Dinner, I came across this video of a younger Mr. Harper discussing the results of the 1995 Quebec referendum.

I did not find the Press Gallery Dinner video, but it must be out there, because I'm pretty sure I've seen it online.
Thanks Gabby, How young Harper looked, and Rae never changes.
If you can find that press gallery video, you are a better researcher than I will ever be!
